She is a long-time nail-art enthusiast rather than a licensed nail technician, and she works that way on purpose: each guide is researched against the manufacturer instructions for the products named and the published prices of the brands and salons mentioned, trends are checked against search-demand data rather than guesswork, and guides are updated when shades, prices or techniques change. Where a technique can damage the natural nail, she says so in the guide instead of glossing over it.
